The hotel's location near Queensbay Mall and the famous Nasi Kandar Kayu original Penang, our family favorite, was a real plus. The service was efficient, although some language barriers existed. The dining experience was good, especially the fish and chips, but lacked variety. The rooms, while comfortable, were noisy at times, which was a downside. The location suited us well, despite being a bit far from the city center, with convenient access to food courts and restaurants nearby.
